Recently, Scott Storch has been making the media rounds to promote Still Storch, a new VEVO-exclusive documentary that recently came out. One of the places that he went to was none other than Power 106's The Cruz Show, and it was there that he talked about his sobriety after losing millions to a coke habit, the artists that he's recently been working with, and re-linking up with Dr. Dre

Speaking of Dr. Dre, early in the interview host J Cruz asked Storch about the Doctor's long fabled Detox album. While you've probably heard this (or some variation of it) before, Storch stated that he knows that the album will see the light of day. At some point. Eventually.

"I think it’s gonna happen man," Storch stated confidently. "Matter of fact, I know that it’s gonna happen." Check out the clip for yourself up top, the relevant remarks come around the 2:20 mark.

Back in January, Dre hinted that Detox could still happen. And though you've been hearing that for many, many years, we all know that the man has set a very high bar for himself.

I asked Dr. Dre if Detox is permanently shelved and he replied, “I’m working on a couple songs right now. We’ll see.”
