Chance the Rapper is getting hitched.

On Wednesday night, the Shade Room posted a video in which Chano is seen on one knee proposing to Kirsten Corley, the mother of his only child.

“Will you make me a man and be wife,” the Chicago artist asks in front of cheering friends and family.

Corley accepted.

The couple has had an on-again, off-again relationship for several years. In 2015, Chance announced he and Corley had welcomed their first child together—a daughter named Kensli.

“I wanted make a grandiose and poetic statement with her weight and size and DOB to show how much this means to me,” he wrote on Instagram, “but I think it'd be more appropriate and fatherly of me to just say thanks to those who helped us during this pregnancy.”

Some months after Chano announced the birth of his daughter, Corley petitioned to become the sole caretaker of the child, and requested to receive child support from Chance. The petition was amended several times in the following months.

In March of 2017, Chance and Corley reached an amicable agreement about how they would proceed as co-parents.

“This case ended quickly because of the unusually high level of cooperation between the parents putting their child's best interest first,” Corley’s attorney Enrico Mirabelli told the Chicago Sun-Times. “Really, that’s the way it should be done. And when you settle between yourselves, you leave nothing to chance.”
