Kanye West’s highly anticipated untitled album is set to premiere Thursday night at midnight on the G.O.O.D. Music station on Stationhead.
According to HotNewHipHop, Stationhead instructs those interested to download the app so that you can access the exclusive listening session, which will start “promptly at midnight.” An Instagram post shared by Stationhead added that the exclusive stream will be “a communal listening session and discussion.”
The last time G.O.O.D Music and Stationhead teamed up was back in March for an interactive experience at SXSW, which included performances from Valee and 070 Shake.
Stationhead allows anyone, from fans to artists, to create, curate, and share their own radio station. Raekwon is an investor in the app.
Kanye's new album will be his first solo full-length project since The Life of Pablo. He's been working on it in Wyoming, and has received several visitors, who are likely contributors, including: Kid Cudi, Pi'erre Bourne, Mike Dean, Travis Scott, Nas, and even Drake. Since his rocky return to the public eye via weird Twitter rants and Trump-supporting craziness, he released two new tracks: the troll track that was "Lift Yourself" and the T.I-assisted "Ye vs. The People," which the people were mostly lukewarm towards.
This summer's G.O.O.D Music onslaught of new music started last week with Pusha-T's release of the Kanye-produced DAYTONA and will continue in the coming weeks with the release of a West x Cudi collab project called Kids See Ghost, a new Teyana Taylor project, and a new Nas album, all produced by Kanye himself.
