Tupac Shakur's landmark second album Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z... turns 25 today. Originally released in 1993, the West Coast classic has only been released on vinyl once. Strangely, there's never been a reissue up until now. To coincide with the album's 25th anniversary, Interscope has announced that it'll finally get it's long-awaited reissue, and you can purchase it right now.

Releasing today in two versions, the first-ever Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z... reissue comes on two LPs. The standard edition will be available at retailers all across the country, while the deluxe edition will be sold exclusively on the official 2Pac website. The deluxe is limited to 1,000 copies and comes with a gatefold image of 2Pac's notebook, including handwritten track listings. It also comes on red-orange marbled vinyl, which compliments the cover art perfectly, and four exclusive prints.

Just recently, Tupac was in the news again because Ayanna Jackson, the woman who accused the rapper of raping her in 1993, gave her first on-camera interview about the assault. The Tupac biopic All Eyez On Me shed a little light on this story, but Jackson says it wasn't true to what really happened. Her account of the incident is fairly graphic, but it can be read in full here.
