Tyga has apparently run into some legal troubles over his Ferrari once again.

TMZ reports the rapper is being sued over his Ferrari, which was also repossessed. Alex Benedict is reportedly suing Tyga for failing to make his lease payments on his Ferrari 488. In the court documents, Benedict claims they agreed on a deal back in May, but Tyga didn't pay him so he repossessed the car two different times.

If you remember, Tyga first had trouble regarding his Ferrari back in August when his car was repossessed while he and Kylie Jenner were checking out cars at the Bentley dealership in Calabasas. The money Tyga had paid never made it to the dealership, which was when the leaser of the car decided to repossess the car on his own. The Ferrari was later returned to Tyga who was supposed to return the car Oct. 9. However, Benedict says Tyga failed to return the car on that date and is now suing to get paid at least $150,000 in damages.

Last week, video of Tyga getting served with legal documents while entering the club on his birthday first surfaced. It is a possibility that those surprise birthday papers were about this lawsuit. In some good news for Tyga, the rapper has paid half of the $200,000 he owes to Jason Arasheben, the celebrity jeweler who filed a lawsuit against him back in 2013. Here's hoping everything with his Ferrari also gets sorted out and that Tyga's 27th year isn't filled with more lawsuits.

Tyga took to Twitter to respond to the report, which you can check out below.
