Tyga is once again back in the news for something other than his music, asTMZ is reporting that he's been sued once again by one of his landlords, which has become a common occurrence lately. If you remember, back in May, Tyga was sued by the landlord of his Calabasas home for not paying rent on time and he was later ordered by a judge to pay $70,000 to end the situation. Then, just last month, Tyga's new landlord was trying to evict him from his Hollywood Hills home after he had only been there for a few months. Unlike the last two instances, Tyga is now reportedly being sued over a he space he used for his company, Egypt Last Kings Clothing, in 2015.

According to the report, the landlord found the space destroyed and abandoned last June, and now he's looking at Tyga to put up the money that it took to repair the property. The landlord claims he spent more than $75,000 to repair the damages, which reportedly included multiple ink stains all over the building. We've reached out to Tyga's camp for comment on this, but according to the report, the rapper is claiming that the building wasn't up to code and that's why there were issues. We'll continue to update this story as more details come out.
