The daughter and grandson of Gambino crime boss John Gotti are suing a man for $10 million over online harassment and a “sick obsession” with the family, per the New York Post

Gene Borrello is being sued by 60-year-old Angel Gotti and her son Frank Gotti Albano, 37, after Borrello reportedly placed their faces on porn he posted online, and sent them messages through the Instagram accounts @angel_gotti_the_fat_slob and @angel_the_fat_whale_gotti. Court documents also claim that Borrello posted fake photos of Albano and his father doing drugs.

Borrello, who previously helped convict over 20 mobsters in 2016 according to the Post, also reportedly called Angel a “fucking rat” and the family “bonafide rats” in a since-deleted YouTube clip. Court documents also claim that he wrote on Instagram that “Angel Gotti goes from a dope head to a meth head and also a child molester” and “now go get that Needle out of your son’s arm we all know he was in rehab for heroin,” through the accounts that he reportedly admitted to creating in an interview with Mobtubers.com Lee Cole.

The family has called Borrello’s comments “obscene and unequivocally false” claims that have put them in “grave risk of danger, ridicule and public scorn.”

“This was something we felt we had to do, that we had no other recourse,” The Gotti’s lawyer Dana LaMacchia said of the lawsuit. “He’s still going full charge ahead on this.”

Borrello, whose lawyer didn’t respond to the Post’s request for comment, is reportedly out on supervised release and awaiting a March sentencing after violating rules of his supervised release for making videos about organized crime.
