Drake’s NOCTA label and Nike have just dropped an “Alien Gortex” jacket to celebrate the launch of Top Boy season two.

Drake has been serving as executive producer on Top Boy and bought the rights for the gritty UK crime drama after it was unexpectedly axed by Channel 4 in 2011. Last week, the show returned after three years, with a talented roster of actors and even stronger ‘fits reprising once more.

Fans had already begun to question whether the aesthetic behind NOCTA was inspired by the series, so when news broke of an upcoming apparel collection, all eyes were peeled for a top-tier collab. The resulting garment is a colour-blocked blue and black jacket, a piece that takes inspiration from the sportswear-street active wardrobe in the latest season on Netflix.

Donned by Micheal Ward’s character, Jamie, the collaborative jacket is fully prepared for the elements thanks to its 100% polyester shell. Bringing together both function and design, details include two-way zip closures, a storm flap with an adjustable, hood and a rubberised NOCTA logo. On the opposite side, you’ll find a similar embossed rubberised Nike Swoosh, while a waterproof GORE-TEX Infinium membrane rounds things out.

You can cop the Top Boy ‘Alien Gortex’ jacket now exclusively at netflix.shop.
