The new year is bringing with it the impending launch of brick-and-mortar Savage X Fenty stores.

On Friday, Rihanna announced that the inaugural locations will be found in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Houston, Philadelphia, and Washington D.C. A press release adds that the Vegas location will open later this month, followed by additional stores “in early 2022.”

The Vegas store will provide fans with a direct-to-consumer shopping experience that’s billed by the Savage X Fenty team as the “next step” in the brand’s aim of providing a “fuller expression” to its clientele. Alongside Friday’s announcement, Rihanna and Savage X Fenty also shared the following photo that gives fans a tease of what to expect with the soon-to-launch retail locations.

“2022, we coming in HOT!” the Anti singer said when unveiling the new Savage X Fenty shopping experience, adding that she “can’t believe it’s actually that time.”

Last December, Savage X Fenty launched a new holiday drop in the form of the aptly named Fluff It Up collection. Coziness was the focus of the Fluff It Up pieces, which included a number of styles built around the utilization of the Rihanna-appreciated kelly green colorway.

Also in 2021, Rihanna premiered the latest installment of the Savage X Fenty Show on Prime Video. Featured in the September-unveiled special were Erykah Badu, Troye Sivan, Gigi Hadid, BIA, Normani, Ricky Martin, and more.

As for the current status of an Anti follow-up, that remains to be seen. Back in September, however, Rihanna said she was “really experimenting” with her music in a manner similar to how she’s been approaching fashion.
