Givenchy creative director Riccardo Tisci took to Instagram to tease a new partnership with Nike yesterday. If you'll remember, Tisci had acollaboration with the brand back in 2014, a trio of Air Force 1s that brought together fashion followers and sneakerheads with a combination of high quality materials and solid design details.
It was a winning partnership and the fact that Tisci is a lifetime fan of the Air Force 1 made it that much better. Ever since, we've been wanting more.
Fortunately, it looks like we won't have to wait too long. Tisci hints in his Instagram post—a photo of recent Golden Globe winner Sylvester Stallone in a Nike tank top—that a new collaboration is coming soon. While there isn't any further information about whether the project will be sneakers or apparel or both, all we know is that it's on the way. For right now, that's more than enough.
