Former Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher has teamed up with adidas for a new Spezial LG2 SPZL collaboration. A continuation of the pair’s joint ventures in 2022 and 2019, the UK rockstar has long been known as a Three Stripes fan and has a close friendship with Spezial founder Gary Aspden.
Initially debuted by Liam ahead of his performance at London’s iconic KOKO concert venue in August 2023, the fuss-free model pays tribute to early versions of the German label’s Country sneaker by combining a “Bottle Green” heel and stripes with a retro-inspired “Chalk White” upper.
Bringing together the timeless elegance of classic, archival styles with Gallagher’s inimitable perspective, the LG2 SPZL also includes a portrait of the singer in the brand’s classic blue colourway—alongside his signature—on the tongue, ultimately completing the design.
