With 2018 fast approaching, Bape has revealed its newest collection to celebrate the upcoming Lunar New Year.

This annual capsule has become a tradition for the iconic Japanese streetwear brand. A follow-up to last year’s “Year of the Rooster” collection, this new offering represents the Year of the Dog in the Chinese zodiac.

The 12-piece capsule includes adult and kid sized graphic T-shirts, crewneck sweatshirts, and hoodies in red, black, grey, and white color options. In traditional Bape fashion, its iconic Ape head logo is placed alongside a dog illustration on T-shirts and crewnecks, while the second half of the offering places a dog-eared rendition of the brand’s more playful Baby Milo character alongside two other dogs on hoodies and T-shirts as well.

Over the years, the Chinese New Year has become a popular inspiration for various brands with everyone from Jordan Brand to Opening Ceremony creating special products.

Although the Chinese New Year festivities do not officially begin until February, these garments are expected to be hitting Bape retailers and its online store on Saturday, Jan. 6, which leaves plenty of time to cop before the yearly celebration. Pricing for the kids and adult apparel will range from approximately $41-$175. Make sure to check out all of the pieces below.
