It's here. NFL's Super Bowl XLVIII has landed in New York City (well, technically New Jersey) and the city is alive with tons of activities surrounding the sports event. If you don't have a ticket to MetLife Stadium on Sunday, that doesn't mean you have to miss out on all the fun.
Tons of awesome and *free* events are going down this weekend in celebration of one of the biggest sporting events of the year. Instead of making you hunt for all the cool shit, we've put together a list of 12 Style-Related Events Happening In NYC For the Super Bowl.

Saks will also offer a sneak peek at some spring designer sneakers.
During Super Bowl weekend, Saks is also offering a sneak peak at some of its spring sneakers. Expect designs from Bally, Lanvin and Zanotti.
The Saks Fifth Avenue flagship will host four days filled with pop-up shops, art. and of course, fashion.
Add another designer department store to the list. Saks will host four full days of fashion in its flagship from Jan. 29 to Feb. 2. During the four-day event, there will be two pop-up shops over the weekend inclufing a World of Versace shop with special merchandise, a live customized artist installation and DJ; and a Mizzen+Main shop, which will feature a menswear line designed specifically for athletes.
Modell’s Sporting Goods has transformed four stores in Manhattan into "Super Bowl Central."
If your pockets are a little light, head over to Modell’s for Super Bowl gear. Four Manhattan stores—Herald Square, 86th and Third Ave, 42nd and Eighth Ave, and 42nd and Vanderbilt—have all been turned into Super Bowl Centrals.
15 Locker Room by Lids pop-up Super Bowl shops will be added to stores in New York and New Jersey.
For those of us who don’t live in Manhattan, 15 Locker Room by Lids pop-up Super Bowl shops are not only coming to New York, but also a few New Jersey areas like Roosevelt Field in Garden City, N.Y. and Garden State Plaza in Paramus, N.J.
Macy’s will unveil the city’s largest Super Bowl store on the fourth floor of the Herald Square store.
At 36,000 square-feet, NYC’s Super Bowl circus craze will also take over Macy’s entire fourth floor in Herald Square, making it the locale world’s biggest NFL shop. Tourists, take note.
The NFL will turn 14 blocks into Super Bowl Boulevard.
For Super Bowl weekend, the NFL will take over about 14 blocks in Manhattan with free events. Come take a selfie with the Vince Lombardi Trophy, the 20-foot tall XLVIII Roman numerals, or just show off your new Super Bowl gear.
Under Armour will take over Grand Central’s Vanderbilt Hall for Super Bowl weekend.
Under Armour has rented out Vanderbilt Hall inside the Grand Central Terminal from Thursday through Sunday of Super Bowl weekend and is turning it into a 12,500-square-foot interactive space to introduce its new holiday product line and tease the public with its latest footwear launch, the SpeedForm Apollo running shoe, which will be released on Feb. 28.
Nike introduced a collection of on-field, sideline, training, and lifestyle apparel, inspired by the Vince Lombardi Trophy.
Although you’ll probably never get your hands on the Vince Lombardi Trophy (hate to break it to you), you can go get Lombardi-inspired gear. Nike’s Silver Speed Collection is on-field and lifestyle clothing created for those who want the NFL experience, sans the actual NFL.
There will be a Super Bowl virtual theater that will be broadcast on the facade of the Macy’s flagship.
Starting yesterday, Macy’s will be broadcasting 10-minute Super Bowl highlights on its facade every half-hour. No guarantee you’ll see Beyonce’s performance from last year, though. Sorry.
Bloomingdale’s is also installing pop-up shops selling Super Bowl-related apparel and accessories.
Get your wallets ready: Bloomingdale’s is cashing in on the Super Bowl’s proximity to the five boroughs. The retailer will have pop-up shops in and around NYC selling Super Bowl-themed items from Junk Food, Nike and other brands. Too lazy to leave your house? Things will also be available online.
