Last month, Supreme unveiled and then released its Spring/Summer 2016 collection. Of course, the site crashed, and there was a line that snaked around the corner from the brand's Lafayette Street store in New York. But here's some interesting information about the collection: Reddit user keunjoon15fw put together an inspiration list for some of the pieces in the line. We can't confirm if this is what the guys at Supreme actually looked at when designing the collection, but they seem pretty spot on.

The Supreme Dumb Childish Tee (pictured above) seems to have been inspired by a Godflesh T-Shirt. Godflesh is an English industrial metal band formed in 1988. Cold World is a Godflesh EP initially released in 1991, then discontinued and re-released as Slateman/Cold World in 1996. Pure is the band's second studio album released in 1992.

The "Le Morte d'Arthur" is an adaptation of traditional tales by Sir Thomas Malory, who interpreted stories about King Arthur, Guinevere, Lancelot, and the Knights of the Round Table. It's was first published in 1485 by William Caxton and has since become the best-known work for Arthurian literature in English. In 1892, London publisher J. M. Dent & CO. commissioned English author and illustrator Aubrey Beardsley to produce an illustrated edition of "Le Morte d'Arthur." Beardsley's work is now considered his first masterpiece.

The "Composition C (No. III)" was painted by Piet Mondrian, a Dutch pioneer of abstract art, in 1935. The artwork has been used as an inspiration for a ton of things, including other fashion designers' collections. In 1965, Yves Saint Laurent designed a group of dresses directly inspired by Mondrian's work for a Fall/Winter collection that would later be known as the Mondrian Collection, among his most famous works.

Wild! is the album by British band Erasure released in 1989. The artwork was designed byMe Company, a design and graphic studio founded in 1985. Me Company has since worked with Audi, Cartier, Kenzo, Lanvin, Nike, and publications like The New Yorker and The New York Times Magazine

Francisco Rodriguez Sanchez Clement is a twentieth century Spanish painter. He was famous for his paintings of nude women and his artworks were often inspired by gypsies and flamenco camps, bullfights, boxes, and foremen.

The Tindersticks is the 1993 self-titled album of the English modern jazz band.

Bow Wow Wow is an English 1980s new wave band formed by British manager and fashion designer Malcolm McLaren. The cover artwork for See Jungle! See Jungle! Go Join Your Gang Yeah, City All Over! Go Ape Crazy! was designed by British art director and designer Nick Egan. Egan has also designed cover art for the Sex Pistols, Bob Dylan, Iggy Pop, The Clash, and The Ramones. He also collaborated with fashion designer Vivienne Westwood on her "World End" collection, and designed the graphic material and art direction for her shows in London and Paris.

Alfa Romeo Automobiles S.p.A. is an Italian car manufacturer founded as A.L.F.A. (Anonima Lombarda Fabbrica Automobili) by Alexandre Darracq in 1910. It's been said that there would be no Ferrari without Alfa Romeo. Enzo Ferrari got his start as a racing driver at Alfa Romeo. When he founded Scuderia Ferrari, the racing divison of Ferrari, in 1929 it remained Alfa Romeo's factory team until Enzo's departure in 1939.
