Best Style Releases This Week: Supreme x Ben Davis, ‘Sesame Street’ x Bape, Noah x Vans

Hopefully, you're a fan of collaborations because they dominate this week's style releases. Streetwear heavyweights like Supreme and Bape are among the most notable drops, but there are plenty more to choose from.

Supreme x Ben Davis Collection

Supreme's collaboration this week is with the San Franciso-based workwear brand Ben Davis. Two-toned chore coats, work shirts, overalls, pants, and beanies will all be available. The vibrant pink and black chore coat is a personal favorite. Supreme's script logo and a Ben Davis patch emblazoned on the left chest area act as minimal branding hits.

'Sesame Street' x Bape Collection

Bape has collaborated with the iconic children's television series Sesame Street. Various hoodies and T-shirts will be available that feature Baby Milo-styled illustrations of recognizable characters like Big Bird, Elmo, and Cookie Monster. A desirable selection of accessories, like pillows, plush toys, tote bags, and key chains, accompany the apparel lineup. Of course, kid and adult-sized items will both be available.

A.P.C. x Brain Dead 'INTERACTION #3' Collection

A.P.C. has partnered with Brain Dead for its third "INTERACTION" collection. The various designs are intended to serve as merch for the early 1970s novel and film Future Shock. T-shirts, hoodies, denim jackets, and various accessories are all available. Each piece shows off unique graphics ranging from special co-branding to Future Shock-inspired text and logos. 

Concept 006: 1017 ALYX 9SM Collection

Matthew M. Williams has designed a special collection exclusively for Nordstrom. The offering will consist of 40 pieces across four categories: leather, signature, technical, and formal. 1017 ALYX 9SM's signature techwear pieces, like tactical vests, belts with rollercoaster buckles, and shoulder bags, are among the most desirable piece in the collection. New items from the brand's ongoing collaboration with Nike, like caps, zip-ups, and sweatpants, are also available. 

Noah x Vans Chukka MS

Noah has collaborated with Vans to release two pairs of the Chukka MS. The main detail on the silhouette is an adjustable buckle across the midfoot. The shoe is constructed of double wool sourced from Scotland and comes in either a colorful Stewart or a black and white Shepherd tartan colorway. 

Aimé Leon Dore x Suicoke Hobbs

Aimé Leon Dore is giving fans the second drop from its Fall/Winter 2019 collection this Friday. Dubbed the Uniform program, it will include essentials like waffle knit beanies, T-shirts, and French terry hoodies in various colors. Along with the Uniform selection, ALD will also release three colorways of the Hobbs boot in collaboration with Suicoke. 

GUESS x EMA x Advisory Board Crystals Hoodie

Guess has partnered with EMA and Advisory Board Crystals on a limited edition "Planet saving information" hoodie and zine to raise awareness of climate change. The hoodie will be "free" with the purchase of the zine. Each of the 12 different color options, one per location, will feature a large image of the Earth printed on the front accompanied by various co-branding and the phrase, "We're part of it all." The back dons a multicolored image surrounded by the phrase, "Support the future of our crystals." A portion of the proceeds will be donated to EMA and UCLA ioes.

Alpha Industries Fall/Winter 2019 Collection

Alpha Industires is celebrating its 60th anniversary with the releases of its Fall/Winter 2019 collection. The brand's signature Bomber and MA-1 jackets will be available in a wide array of colors, and constructed of new, weather-tested materials. The season will be highlighted by limited edition collabs with brands like Pintrill, 3Sixteen, and Helinox.

Verdy x Uniqlo

Where to Buy It: Available online and at Uniqlo's Fifth Avenue store in New York City. Available at all Uniqlo stores worldwide Sept. 20th.

After collaborating with brands like Undercover and Nike, Verdy, the Japanese designer behind Girl's Don't Cry and Wasted Youth, has just dropped a special collaboration with Uniqlo. Standout pieces include hoodies and T-shirts with Verdy's tasteful eye for strong typefaces and playful cartoon characters.
