As usual, the Complex Sports team is picking who will win every NFL game for Week 14, including Rams-Patriots and Browns-Ravens.

Patrick Mahomes Chiefs Broncos 2018
USA Today Sports

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes (15) scrambles in the back field against the Denver Broncos at Sports Authority Field at Mile High.

The NFL season is cruising (sort of) along. There's been some hiccups, and you never really know when a team could get shut down due to COVID-19, but we're here for week eight, and the picks are still rolling in. At this point in the season, you have a pretty good idea about who is good and who isn't, unless you look at the NFC East, where everyone is bad but it doesn't matter because someone has to win it. Patrick Mahomes looks like the MVP. The Steelers finally lost a football game. The Eagles are broken. And Tom Brady is struggling as the playoff picture begins to come into focus. Every game matters. It's going to be a crazy finish to this season.

Like always, these are our straight-up picks and not ATS. For all our NFL bets of the week, tune into the Complex Sports Load Management podcast, where we break down every game by the spread. Not to toot our own horn, but we're on a pretty crazy ATS picks streak right now. So if you're into that kind of thing, check out the podcast. As for the straight-up picks, Zion has a narrow lead. Who is going to take it this week? Here are our Week 14 NFL straight-up picks.

Overall Records

Chopz - 120-71

Adam - 117-74

Zion - 127-64

Angel - 124-67

New England Patriots at Los Angeles Rams

Channel: NFL Network

Point Spread: Rams -4.5

Chopz: A pretty damn good Thursday night game. I’ll go with the Rams, but this should be close.

Adam: If you’re gambling against the spread, you kind of have to go with the Patriots. For straight up purposes, you kind of have to go with the Rams.

Zion: Rams.

Angel: Something is telling me to take the Pats, but the Rams are just too good.

Denver Broncos at Carolina Panthers

Channel: CBS

Point Spread: Panthers -3.5

Chopz: Jeez, this one stinks. Give me the Panthers.

Adam: Heads for Broncos. Tails for Panthers. It came up heads. Plus, the Panthers are 2-8 in their last 10 home games.

Zion: Panthers.

Angel: McCaffrey should be back, so give me the Panthers at home.

Arizona Cardinals at New York Giants

Channel: FOX

Point Spread: Cardinals -2.5

Chopz: What a huge game. I’ll take the Cardinals.

Adam: Giants are trending up. Cardinals are trending down. I’ll take the team trending up in this early east coast kickoff.

Zion: Giants.

Angel: I’m torn about my Giants this season. Part of me wants them to get some playoff experience under their belts, and the other part of me wants them to get a high draft pick. I know the Cards are traveling East, but I’m still taking them because they’re the better team.

Dallas Cowboys at Cincinnati Bengals

Channel: FOX

Point Spread: Cowboys -3.5

Chopz: Yikes. Dalton gets revenge.

Adam: Christ. The Cowboys are 1-5 on the road so roll with the Bengals.

Zion: Cowboys.

Angel: Dallas has to win this, right? I’ll take the Cowboys, but I think Cincy covers.

Minnesota Vikings at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Channel: Fox

Point Spread: Buccaneers -6.5

Chopz: Tampa wins this off the bye.

Adam: I have nothing clever for this game. Buccaneers.

Zion: Bucs.

Angel: Bucs are coming off a bye after losing two in a row, Tampa is a lock.

Tennessee Titans at Jacksonville Jaguars

Channel: CBS

Point Spread: Titans -7.5

Chopz: Titans bounce back from that showing last week.

Adam: I’ll take the Titans who, according to a colleague that shall remain nameless, are among the cream of the crop in the AFC.

Zion: Titans.

Angel: Titans, even though they cost me a smooth six hundo last weekend. Gives me chills just thinking about it. No Christmas presents this year.

Kansas City Chiefs at Miami Dolphins

Channel: CBS

Point Spread: Chiefs -7

Chopz: Chiefs win but it’s not easy.

Adam: Chiefs aren’t looking ahead to next week’s showdown with the Saints because Miami’s too good. But they’re not quite good enough to beat the AFC’s best squad.

Zion: Chiefs.

Angel: Kansas City takes care of business in an entertaining game.

Green Bay Packers at Detroit Lions

Channel: FOX

Point Spread: Packers -7.5

Chopz: Packers win.

Adam: Aaron Rodgers and the Packers are 9-1 in their last 10 games against the NFC North. Enough said.

Zion: Packers.

Angel: Packers.

Houston Texans at Chicago Bears

Channel: CBS

Point Spread: Texans -1

Chopz: Did you know the Bears drafted Mitch Trubisky over Deshaun Watson? Texans win.

Adam: After the Bears blew that fourth quarter lead to the Lions last weekend, they might as well pack it in for the season. Texans.

Zion: Texans.

Angel: The Bears were 5-1 at one point and have since dropped six in a row. I know the sexy pick is Deshaun getting revenge for being passed on, but I think Chicago needs to stop the bleeding, so why not this game? Chicago.

New York Jets at Seattle Seahawks

Channel: CBS

Point Spread: Seahawks -13.5

Chopz: Russ and Seattle get back on track against the Jets.

Adam: Take over on Jamal Adams sacks whenever the prop bet is posted. Seahawks, but closer than the experts think.

Zion: Seahawks.

Angel: Seattle is going to destroy these cats and Jamal Adams is going to EAT.

Indianapolis Colts at Las Vegas Raiders

Channel: CBS

Point Spread: Colts -2.5

Chopz: Huge playoff implications game here. I’ll take the Colts.

Adam: Colts since, according to my confused colleagues, they’re my “team.”

Zion: Colts.

Angel: The Raiders are home dogs, so that means I’m going to take them and make some bread in the process.

New Orleans Saints at Philadelphia Eagles

Channel: FOX

Point Spread: Saints -7

Chopz: Tough first game for Jalen Hurts to start. Saints win.

Adam: So Taysom Hill deserves a little more credit than I gave him last week after beating the Falcons again. He picks up another victory in Philly.

Zion: Saints.

Angel: Saints win, but the real story is going to be how Jalen Hurts looks in his first full start.

Atlanta Falcons at Los Angeles Chargers

Channel: Fox

Point Spread: Falcons -2.5

Chopz: The Chargers are legit bad. Give me the Falcons.

Adam: The San Diego Chargers of Los Angeles have three wins this season, all against teams with two wins or less. You’d be a fool to not pick the Falcons.

Zion: Chargers.

Angel: The Falcons get their last win of the season.

Washington Football Team at San Francisco 49ers

Channel: Fox

Point Spread: 49ers -3.5

Chopz: Washington because that defense is very real.

Adam: Kyle Shannahan’s 49er teams haven’t done so well when they’re a home favorite—and they’re not even really home. WFT.

Zion: 49ers.

Angel: Going out on a limb and picking the Niners.

Pittsburgh Steelers at Buffalo Bills

Channel: NBC

Point Spread: Bills -2.5

Chopz: Bills win this.

Adam: I’m with it. Buffalo is rolling right now and probably deserves more respect.

Zion: Bills.

Angel: The Steelers take this game very seriously and bounce back.

Baltimore Ravens at Cleveland Browns

Channel: ESPN

Point Spread: Pick em

Chopz: You already know what time it is. Browns win.

Adam: I’ll be rooting like a lunatic for the Ravens...who pull off the upset.

Zion: Ravens.

Angel: Baltimore runs all over these cats.
