UPDATED 1/24/19 1:10 p.m. ET: In an official statement from the Pacers' organization, it's been announced that Oladipo suffered a ruptured quad tendon in his right knee. The injury has ended his season, and he will undergo surgery at a later date.

See original story published on 1/23/19 below.

Indiana Pacers star guard Victor Oladipo was taken off the court on a stretcher after his right leg buckled as he looked to contest a full-court pass to Pascal Siakam of the Toronto Raptors. Oladipo’s teammates tried to help him up, but his leg wouldn’t allow him.

After his knee was covered with a towel, Oladipo appeared to be in good spirits when he acknowledged the crowd as he sat in the stretcher.

Now, all people want to hear is that Oladipo's diagnosis isn't serious.

Unfortunately, the Pacers are already classifying the injury as "serious," and have an MRI scheduled for Oladipo for tomorrow.
