Vin Scully, the famed Dodgers announcer and hall of famer, said that he never intends on watching another NFL game again strictly because of the anthem protests. Being a 90-year-old white man, who has obviously never had to deal with discrimination on any level, did exactly what you thought he'd do.
While speaking at an event at the Pasadena Civic Center, dubbed "A Night With Vin Scully," the retired sports personality was asked about his feelings towards players taking a knee during the national anthem to protest racial inequality. As he answered the question, targeting the protests themselves and supposedly the league management's relatively hands-off response, Scully said the following:

Like many of the ignorant responses to the protests, Scully equated a lack of respect for veterans to peacefully protesting police brutality targeted at African-Americans. Although his response was not surprising at all, his adamance in "I will never watch another NFL game again," makes it seem like his reply doesn't have to do solely with the fact that players are protesting the anthem.
