Meet Sajad Gharibi, a.k.a. the last guy you would ever want to run into in a dark alley. Or hell, anywhere. He’s a 385-pound weightlifter from Iran who can reportedly lift almost 400 pounds. Plus, he literally looks like a monster of a man. Dude is so jacked people have compared him to the Incredible Hulk and given him the nickname “Persian Hercules.” There are more than 75,000 people who follow him on Instagram simply to see what kind of crazy photo he’s going to throw up next.

Let’s take a look at some of the photos he’s posted in recent weeks, shall we? There’s this shot of him showing off his Hulk-esque frame:
