Forget driving this new hovercraft golf cart that was designed by Bubba Watson and Oakley on the golf course. We want one to drive around, well, everywhere. It's only a prototype. But, from the looks of things, it appears to be one of the coolest vehicles we've ever seen. When and where can we try one out?!
