Golden State Warriors point guard Steph Curry was reportedly involved in a multi-vehicle crash on an Oakland highway early Friday. TMZ reports that the crash happened around 9 a.m. in the morning, with a car spinning out and colliding with Curry's Porsche. A second car subsequently smashed into him from behind. The rainy weather condition is being cited as the possible cause.

California Highway Patrol and an ambulance arrived at the scene shortly after. Everyone involved in the incident, including Curry, appears to have suffered no serious injuries. The Warriors are scheduled to play against the Portland Trail Blazers later on Friday, but Curry wasn't in the lineup to begin with due to his groin injury.

He hasn't appeared in a game since he first suffered the injury during a blowout loss to the Bucks earlier this month, but head coach Steve Kerr remained positive. "It’s something that we’re going to evaluate over the next few days," Kerr said. "He’s still sore, it’s a strained groin, basically. The MRI was encouraging, it’s going to be kind of a day-to-day thing. Obviously, we’re not going to do anything crazy. He’s going to be out until he’s healthy and ready to go."
