Earlier this month, a police report indicated that New York Jets running back Le'Veon Bell allegedly had over $500,000 of jewelry stolen from his Hollywood, Florida home. The two culprits were named in the report as his "girlfriends," and now audio of the 911 call he made to report the robbery has surfaced online.

As TMZ reports, Le'Veon Bell told the 911 operator that he left the two women naked in his bed before they allegedly made off with the expensive jewelry. "Well, I had two girls in my house," Bell said in the call. "And I got up, and I did my normal routine to go to work out. So I left the workout for a couple hours. When I came back, they took my money, they took my watch, my jewelry, a couple more of my things of value out of my house. I don’t know where they’re at. I tried to call them before I called you guys. I tried to call them and they’re not answering me, and they’re ignoring me."

The 27-year-old told the operator exactly what they took from his home, at which point he estimated the value of the stolen items to be, "like a million dollars." He described both of the women as "mixed," and that one of them was 23. “When I left, she was in the bed not wearing clothes... so I didn’t see her, when she [left the house],” Bell said of one of the women. The other woman, he said, was 21. "She was in the bed, too. They didn't have clothes on."

Among the items stolen from his home include a Black Panther pendant studded with diamonds, two gold chains, and a Rolex watch. The Hollywood Police Department has said that the investigation into the theft is still ongoing, and it remains to be seen if Bell will be able to retrieve the jewelry they took.

Bell signed a four-year, $52.5 million deal with the Jets in March, bouncing back strong after sitting out 2018 due to a contract dispute with his former team, the Pittsburgh Steelers. His contract comes with a guaranteed $35 million, which is the second largest sum for a running back in the NFL.
