Antonio Brown is going to the New England Patriots.

"@tombrady #GodsPlan#RewriteStory," AB wrote in the caption of a post that shows him rocking a Patriots uniform.

Ian Rapoport reports that Brown has agreed to a 1-year deal that's "worth up $15mil." There's also a $9 million signing bonus involved.

Despite the deal, it looks like Brown won't officially be part of the team until Monday. That of course means he won't be playing on Sunday when the Patriots go against his former team the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Brown's deal with the Patriots comes on the heel of a tumultuous few weeks that ended with the wide receiver being released by the Oakland Raiders. After he was released, Brown posted a video to YouTube showing his celebratory reaction.

"We just have exhausted everything. We tried every way possible to make it work," Jon Gruden said about Brown. "And all I'm going to say is that it is disappointing. I'm really proud of our players, our coaches, our owner, our front office. We did everything we could to make this work. I'm sorry it didn't. I apologize, but I will tell you that I am very proud of what we did as an organization to try. And I wish Antonio nothing but the best. And I'm sorry we never got a chance to see him in the Silver & Black."

"Antonio is looking forward to a new beginning," Brown's agent Drew Rosenhaus said after the Raiders released his client.
