After the Philadelphia 76ers' promising season came to a sudden end in the second round of the Eastern Conference playoffs, some suggested Joel Embiid was out of shape. The suggestion was unfair considering Embiid missed three weeks late in the season with a broken orbital bone, but it seems Embiid is intent on showing up to training camp this fall in tip-top shape.

The best way to stay in shape for basketball is generally...well, to play basketball. So that's what Embiid is doing—on the streets of Philadelphia. He's challenging everyday folks to attempt to stop him.

Late last week, footage surfaced of Embiid backing down and dunking on one helpless opponent.

THIS IS NOT A DRILL. I just saw @JoelEmbiid dunking on some trash-talking fools in the park near Whole Foods on South St. 😂 #crying #sixers (cc: @SpikeEskin @Michael_Levin) pic.twitter.com/PFgqtUMcOT

Monday, footage from a different game surfaced. This time around, Embiid had zero mercy—he windmilled on this dude after bouncing the ball off his head. When's the last time you saw an off the heezy?

Here’s video, courtesy @astrait25, of Joel Embiid bouncing a ball off a dude’s face and then windmilling on his head at a park at 9th and South in Philly. Phenomenal. pic.twitter.com/XS99pFhXat

Embiid has also kept his Twitter fingers alive during the postseason. During the conference finals, he roasted Boston Celtics big man Aron Baynes. Baynes' Celtics fell to LeBron James and the Cavs in Game 7 Sunday.
