The Los Angeles Lakers won 120-94 on Wednesday against the Golden State Warriors, but the latter of the two teams did have a disadvantage due to injuries. As of right now, two star Warriors players, Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson, are out with injuries. The lopsided game might have been strange for those watching to witness, but LeBron James has no sympathy toward the team when considering his history with them.
"Not when you in it," he said when asked if it was strange, suggesting it's far stranger for spectators than it is the players involved. "I played them in the Finals without Kyrie [Irving] and Kevin [Love]. So, no."
When LeBron was with the Cleveland Cavaliers in the 2015 NBA Finals, his team was down both Kevin Love and Kyrie Irving. The Cavs ultimately lost to the Warriors in six games.
It's also worth noting that the Lakers were down a key player on Wednesday, too, with Anthony Davis out due to ribs and shoulder injuries. Regardless, they still managed to come out on top with an almost 30-point lead.
