Kevin Durant Will Reportedly Talk With Four Teams Once Free Agency Begins

Kevin Durant will begin "discussions" with four teams once free agency begins this Sunday, June, 30, Adrian Wojnarowski reports.

The teams in question? The Golden State Warriors, the Brooklyn Nets, the Los Angeles Clippers, and the New York Knicks.

Wojnarowski, citing "front-office sources," wrote that "discussions" are "expected to be some combination of face-to-face meetings and communications by other means with Durant and his business manager, Rich Kleiman." Durant, who has been in New York recovering from an Achilles injury he sustained during the NBA Finals, will reportedly be speaking with the aforementioned teams from the city.

Earlier this week, it was reported that Durant declined his $31.5M player option with the Warriors to become a free agent.

In other news, if Durant does decide to go with the Knicks he might be teammates with Dave East. "I might," East said when he was asked if he'd try out for an NBA team by TMZ. "It got to be the Knicks, though. It got to be in New York."
