Is Peyton Manning’s replacement in Denver going to be…Johnny Manziel?!?

That seems very, very, very unlikely. At this point, there’s a better chance of Trevor Siemian being the Broncos starter next season than Manziel (and you don’t even know who that is, do you?). But according to sources who have spoken with ESPN, Broncos head coach Gary Kubiak—who is a former Texas A&M quarterback, just like Manziel—has spoken with Manziel in recent weeks about the possibility of him joining the team. According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Broncos want to wait and see how Manziel’s current legal situation plays out, because you know, he could be in BIG trouble. But at the very least, there is some interest there, so Manziel has a little bit of hope left with regards to his NFL career.

Maybe this is why Manziel appeared to be in such a good mood earlier this week? Stay tuned to see if anything comes out of all of this.
