It’s fitting that Virgil Abloh often personalized his products with the phrase “Virgil Was Here,” because even after transitioning from this phase of life, his cultural impact continues to be felt. That includes the impact made by his products, namely his highly coveted sneaker collaborations with Nike. In the months and years ahead, expect to see many projects he worked on prior to his passing surface, such as this previously unseen colorway of the Off-White x Air Force 1 shared by his friend Tremaine Emory.

Like its MoMA, ComplexCon, MCA, and ICA predecessors, this vibrant green version is highlighted by raw-stitched metallic silver Swooshes on the sides. Familiar Off-White markings appear along the midsole and medial sides, and the shoes appear to come with an extra set of black laces.

As of now, there’s no indication that a release of this colorway is imminent. Off-White x Blazer Lows and Air Force 1 Mids were planned for retail prior to Virgil’s death, but no updates have been announced regarding future Off-White x Nike releases.

UPDATE (04/25): It appears that the green-based Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 Low that was previewed by Emory may be dropping soon. Newly leaked info from @zSneakerheadz on Instagram reveals that the collab could possibly hit shelves sometime this summer but official details for the drop have not yet been announced by Nike.
