Nike Is Making FlyEase Even Easier to Use
Nike has debuted its brand new performance basketball model, the Zoom UNVRS. The model will introduce an updated version of Flyease technology.
Nike's AlphaDunk sneaker is quickly becoming a flagship of sorts for the brand's basketball division, already spawning the Zoom Rize takedown model as well as the all-new Zoom UNVRS. Separating the Zoom UNVRS from its counterparts is its integration of Flyease tech, allowing all athletes to get in on the combination of Flyknit and Zoom cushioning.
Rather than using the zipper closure seen on previous Flyease shoes, the Zoom UNVRS makes use of what Nike describes as a drawbridge strap. Wearers can slip into the shoe without using their hands thanks to an open heel and then tighten the strap to their desired fit. Just like the AlphaDunk, the Zoom UNVRS uses a similar Flyknit upper with Flywire support and Zoom Air underfoot.

The Zoom UNVRS will release in November 2019. An exact date has yet to be determined. It will be debuted by WNBA superstar Elena Delle Donne.
