Good news, Kobe fans: the Mamba's first Nike signature sneaker is getting the remastered retro treatment.
@BALTsneakerShow has confirmed that a Nike Zoom Kobe 1 "Lux" release is on the way soon. The info is also supported by a tweet from Nike PR Director Heidi Burgett that confirms future Kobe releases will include retro sneakers.
Thus far, retro versions of Kobe Bryant's sneakers have only been available in 2013's "Prelude" pack and the recently released "Black Mamba" collection. Both sets were limited, and completing each pack was a truly daunting task.
Thankfully, more pairs are on the way, but we'll have to wait to find out more details. As of now, the "Lux" Zoom Kobe 1 is expected to drop sometime this holiday season. Note that the image above is not the actual sneaker that will be releasing.
