As the ASICS Gel-Lyte III 25th anniversary celebration rolls on, we're learning more about atmos' understated yet undeniably dope rendition of the early-'90s runner.
Following its camo-covered Gel-Lyte V collab, the atmos x ASICS Gel-Lyte III is rather tame in comparison. It plays upon a "Birthday Dinner" theme and features a pristine white leather upper. At the heel, silver atmos and ASICS branding appears, but these are an otherwise all-white-everything affair. Inside, a leather footbed and sockliner finish off the minimal look.
Although many will struggle to see the difference between these and the $129 all-white general release Gel-Lyte IIIs, connoisseurs will want to seek out this premium collab. They release date is slated for July 25 per Overkill, with retail coming in at around $165.
