If you’re a sneakerhead, time to rejoice. Popular UK-based sneaker store JD Sports is setting its sights on Canada, opening their first locations in Toronto and Vancouver later this year.
You’ll be swimming neck-deep in the latest varieties of Nikes, Jordans and Reeboks, as well as many other top sneaker brands.
JD Sports has gained recognition globally, opening ships everwherre from France to Singapore, and boasting a rep for their solid selection of the hottest sports sneakers. If you’re already covered in the shoes department, the shop also offers a variety of athleisure clothing, including jerseys, jackets, and hoodies.
The store will be opening in Guildford Town Centre in Vancouver and Fairview Mall in Toronto.
JD Sports’ expansion into Canada joins a refreshing current of new streetwear shops budding throughout the country. Another UK-born sneaker retailer, size?, recently opened at Queen and Ossington in Toronto.
An announcement is expected soon regarding the official opening date for JD Sports.
