It's been fairly quiet on the Donald Glover x Adidas Originals front since the partnership was announced last September, but a first look at collaborative product has surfaced online.
Adidas enthusiast Jemuel Wong has shared images of what's believed to be Glover's first Adidas sneaker, a physical interpretation of the distressed Nizza-like silo first spotted in the animated short released by the brand when the deal was made public.
In addition to the shoe's distressed canvas upper, it features striped canvas laces, metal eyelets, a ridged rubber toe bumper and leather heel pull-tab. Dual logo hits appear along the insoles, with no other markings visible in this set of photos.
As of now, there's no release information for Glover's sneaker. The deal was initially described as "multi-faceted," with both sneakers and apparel in play. More on this story as it develops.
