Emily Ratajkowski Files for Divorce From Sebastian Bear-McClard

The 31-year-old model/actress submitted the filing on Thursday, more than a month after liking multiple tweets about her husband's alleged infidelity.

Emily Ratajkowski has reportedly filed for divorce.

According to TMZ, the 31-year-old model/actress submitted the filing in Manhattan Supreme Court on Thursday, more than four years after tying the knot with film producer Sebastian Bear-McClard. Split rumors began circulating earlier this summer, when Ratajkowski was spotted several times without her wedding ring. Speculation surged shortly after, when fans noticed she had liked multiple tweets about her husband’s alleged infidelity.

“Can’t believe that little bitch cheated on emrata,” read one of the posts, as reported by Us magazine.

“Emily and Sebastian have split,” an insider told the outlet in July. “They had been having issues as a couple for a bit. Emily is focused on herself and their son. Emily is adjusting to this change and plans to file for divorce soon.”

A source also told Page Six that Ratajkowski intended to pull the plug on the marriage because Bear-McClard had been unfaithful on more than one occasion.

“He’s a serial cheater,” the anonymous source alleged to the outlet. “It’s gross. He’s a dog.”

Ratajkowski confirmed the split via TikTok this week, when she declared herself “a recently single person who is thinking about dating and stuff.”

Ratajkowski and Bear-McClard announced their marriage in February 2018, after secretly getting wed at a New York City courthouse. The husband and wife welcomed their first child together—a boy named Sylvester Apollo—about three years later.
