While I salivate over the confirmed existence of Yeezus 2, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are busy bagging millions of dollars on the sale of their Bel-Air estate. West and Kardashian recently sold the one-acre Bel-Air spot and stand to gain $17.8 million, according to the always nosy TMZ.

West and Kardashian originally bought the space for $9 million way back in 2013, the year of Yeezus' release. If TMZ is to be believed, the $17.8 million sale will go down as the "most expensive sale ever" in the Bel-Air Crest community. Not sure if that means anything to you personally, but just thought I'd mention.

Since purchasing the property four years ago, West and Kardashian have renovated the space into a more minimalist-friendly residence. Silicon Valley-based philanthropist Marina Acton will be the Bel-Air space’s new owner Acton, TMZ says, is looking to launching a music career and found the former West/Kardashian residence to be "creative and inspiring." West and Kardashian will now move into the Hidden Hills estate they've spent the past few years renovating. Meanwhile, I live in a shoebox apartment that I'm quite willing to let you or anyone have for $17.8 million.

News of the sale arrives on the heels of Keeping Up With the Kardashians' 10th anniversary celebration and the live resurgence of West, who's rumored to be prepping new music for release before year's end. Over the weekend, West was a surprise guest at Kid Cudi's Passion, Pain, & Demon Slayin' Tour stop in his hometown of Chicago.
