Alec Baldwin Hits 'SNL' With His Perfect Trump Impression 'One More Time'

Alec Baldwin said Saturday that he was returning as Trump "one more time."

Alec Baldwin brought his perfect Trump impression back to 30 Rockefeller Plaza for Saturday Night Live's season 42 finale. Catch the Twitter-dominating moment of Trump singing "Hallelujah" with Mike Pence, Kellyanne Conway, Steve Bannon, Eric and Donald Jr., Scarlett Johansson above.

Ahead of the coast-to-coast live broadcast, Baldwin teased the return with an ominous message:

But the possibility of this very well being the last time Baldwin portrays Trump on SNL isn't exactly a shock. Back in March, Baldwin toldExtra's Mario Lopez he didn't plan on doing the impression for very long. "His policies aside, which you can hate, I thought he would have just relaxed," Baldwin said. "The maliciousness of this White House has people worried… that's why I'm not going to do it much longer, the impersonation, I don't know how much more people can take it."

Baldwin's Trump has been a frequent highlight of this wildly popular season of SNL. In sketches of varying quality levels, Baldwin has taken Trump everywhere from The People's Court to an Independence Day-esque invasion scenario to an existentially depressing sit-down with Micheal Che's Lester Holt:

In an interview with Stephen Colbert in April, Baldwin explained how the hell he's able to nail so many putrid Trumpisms. "It's totally a caricature," Baldwin said. "You know, you just pick a few things. Like, I'm sitting in the room and I'm going, left eyebrow up, right eyebrow down. Shove your face out like you're trying to suck the chrome off the fender of a car."

If Baldwin's tweet is truly a prophecy, we're going to miss his chrome-sucking Drumpf impression.
