As the Writers Guild of America (WGA) strike continues, the Television Academy has announced its slate of nominees for the upcoming 75th Primetime Emmy Awards.
Predictions ahead of Wednesday's reveal had HBO leading this year's nominees class thanks in large part to Succession (which ended its four-season run in May) and The Last of Us. As expected, both series scored multiple nominations, including in the Outstanding Drama Series category.
