Following the success of Netflix’s F1: Drive to Survive, the streaming giant is changing its sights to the 2022 tennis season with their new show Break Point, featuring an episode focused on Canadian Félix Auger-Aliassime.

The series’ fifth episode will largely feature Auger-Aliassime during his time in the French Open leading up to his fateful match against Rafael Nadal in the second round. Along with the Montreal-born tennis player, his coach Frédéric Fontang, his mother Marie, his sister Malika, his agent Bernard Duscheneau, and Rafael Nadal’s uncle, Toni Nadal, who serves as an advisor to Auger-Aliassime, will also make appearances during the episode, according to La Presse.

The episode will also follow Toni Nadal’s decision to attend the game between Auger-Aliassime and Rafael Nadal, where Toni can be heard saying he hopes his nephew wins. Serena Williams’ former coach, Patrick Mouratoglou, even chimes in to explain his take on the situation.

Though Auger-Aliassime is the only Canadian featured in Break Point, the other episodes will focus on Nick Kyrgios and Thanasi Kokkinakis, as well as Matteo Berrettini and Ajila Tomlijanovic during the Australian Open and Maria Sakkari and Taylor Fritz during the Indian Wells tournament.

The series is slated to release its first five episodes on Jan. 13 while the remaining five will release in June 2023.
