While it hasn’t been confirmed, there’s a pretty good chance that Game of Thrones will live on for an eighth and final season. Should that happen, its stars are in line for a huge pay raise. That includes Lannister siblings Peter Dinklage (Tyrion), Lena Headey (Cersei) and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (Jaime)—along with Kit Harington (Jon Snow) and everybody’s favorite white-haired queen of dragons, Emilia Clarke (Daenerys Targaryen).

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the stars are slated to receive at least $500,000 per episode for season seven and can expect to make the same for season eight if it's picked up. The deal for season seven was part of an option picked up by HBO from their 2014 contracts. But, of course, things could change for anyone whose character happens to die before reaching the expected final season.

Also up in the air is how many episodes an eight season would consist of. Season six will finish with 60 episodes in the books, and showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss previously told THR they’re "looking at somewhere between 70 and 75 hours before the credits roll for the last time." If they don’t end up changing their minds, you could be looking at shorter seasons for the tail end of the series.

For now, you’ll have to focus that anger on last’s nights "Battle of the Bastards," which saw Sansa Stark doing something that had fans calling her either brilliant or incredibly stupid. Spoiler alert: You’re going to feel some type of way no matter what side of the argument you land on.
