If you're currently in a relationship, odds are you've been self quarantining with your significant other for over a month now. On the latest episode of Jada Pinkett Smith's Red Table Talk series, she is joined by her and Will Smith's own personal counselor Michaela Boehm, as well as special guests Pastor John Gray and his wife to talk marriage and the practical tools that could help sustain a relationship during self quarantine.

While COVID-19 has forced us to stay as far away from others as possible, it's also made us stay closer to our significant others. Titled "How Your Relationship Can Survive Quarantine" and streaming exclusively on Facebook Watch, Jada talks with her 19-year-old daughter Willow Smith, and her 66-year-old mother Adrienne Banfield-Jones about how she and Will have had to learn how to evolve in their relationship and embrace learning new things about each other.

"Will and I are learning to be friends," Jada said. "Because you get into all these ideas of what intimate relationships are supposed to look like, what marriage are supposed to be. So Will and I are in the process of him taking the time to learn to love himself, me taking the time to learn to love myself, and us building a friendship along the way."

The rest of the episode dives into the different tips and tricks that couples can use during quarantine to maintain healthy relationships. Previously on Red Table Talk, Willow spoke candidly to her family about how quitting weed made a positive impact in her life.

"I know this sounds cheesy, but around the time I stopped smoking, I started doing a lot of yoga and I just excelled because I was putting all of my energy into that," Willow said. "I wasn’t doing anything else and I was like, ‘Wow, what if I was doing this with everything?’ And then it really made me think, ‘What have I been missing? What have I been not putting my all into or not putting all of my brainpower into?’"
