If you were a fan of the cult classic Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law, you'll no doubt be pleased to hear the Adult Swim animated staple from yester-decade will make a return to the late-night Cartoon Network programming block this fall. Though this time it will be called Harvey Birdman, Attorney General. That will make sense in five seconds.

According to Deadline, the original cast will be back for a half-hour special, which means Gary Cole is set to reprise his role as the titular character, and Stephen Colbert will once again voice President Phil Ken Sebben. The special will see Sebben appoint Birdman as the country's new attorney general; Birdman will then have to figure out how to oust Sebben.

Harvey Birdman, Attorney General will see series co-creators Erik Richter and Michael Ouweleen back as executive producers. Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law originally aired 39 episodes over the course of four seasons, from 2000-07, after the main character previously appeared on Space Ghost Coast to Coast.
