Joseline Hernandez just secured another crown — this time from across the Atlantic.
The Puerto Rican Princess has been named one of Glamour Bulgaria’s 2025 Women of the Year honorees, landing the magazine’s cover in the Reality Television category.
The feature celebrates Hernandez’s evolution from her early days on Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta to her current era of independence, sobriety, and self-discovery. Photographed by Kaio Cesar and creatively directed by Oliver Brown, the cover shoot highlights the woman behind the “Puerto Rican Princess” persona — confident, reflective, and ready for what’s next.
“To be honored as Woman of the Year the day before my birthday is incredible,” Hernandez wrote on Instagram. “A ghetto child from the slums of Puerto Rico — I am growing and learning and knowing that I belong.”
She added that reading her own interview moved her to tears, saying the story brought back memories of her struggles with drug abuse, failed relationships, and finding purpose after pain. “Through my struggles and challenges… I continue to push hard and still I rise,” she said.
The shoot brought together a full creative team, including hairstylist Shantae Brown, makeup artist Kiersten Brii, and co-creative director Janeisha John. Hernandez also thanked The Zeus Network’s Lemuel Plummer—the platform that helped her reintroduce herself to audiences through her own show, Joseline’s Cabaret.
The Glamour recognition caps off a transformative year for Hernandez, who recently marked one year of sobriety.
According to Hot 97, she reflected on the changes that came with getting clean. “Thirty-eight times around the sun! I thought I would never make it to see 35 — drug-free for one year,” she said.
Now focused on health, family, and a new phase of her career, Hernandez says she’s most proud of showing her daughter, Bonnie Bella, what resilience looks like. “Remember that you belong,” she wrote to her. “And to my younger self — you got this, ma.”
