Following months of rumors, actress Sydney Sweeney and record executive Scooter Braun have seemingly confirmed they’re an item after they were spotted holding hands in public.

As reported by TMZ, the pair were seen walking hand in hand to a New York City office building on Sunday (Oct. 5). The two were first seen together in Venice in June, and they’ve since been seen at several dinners together. Most recently, Braun and Sweeney attended Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights, and the actress’ parents joined them, indicating that the relationship might be getting serious.

Last month, a source close to the couple said that they weren’t serious about each other just yet. “Sydney has just ended a relationship and she’s doing what girls in their 20’s do — she’s dating,” one source claimed. Sydney, 28, ended her engagement to Jonathan Davino earlier this year after seven years together. At one point, she was rumored to be in a relationship with Machine Gun Kelly when they were seen together in Las Vegas, but MGK shut down those rumors.

Scooter, 44, retired from artist management after years of working with the likes of Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, and the Kid Laroi last year.

He finalized his divorce from health activist Yael Cohen, with whom he shares three kids, in 2022 after seven years of marriage. "We're family forever. It goes both ways," said Braun when he declined to go into depth about the split on an episode of The Diary of a CEO podcast. "It's not like there was one thing happening. Both people have to play a role in where we got to. Things happened both ways."
