Paramount Pictures first gave us a look at Gemini Man earlier this year, offering a preview of the digitally de-aged Will Smith that stars opposite 50-year-old real-world Will Smith. Now the studio has unleashed the second trailer, giving just a little more insight into the plot of the sci-fi action thriller. Soundtracked by a cinematic remix of Jaden Smith's "ICON," the new trailer shows how Smith's Henry Brogen must go up against a clone of himself that's out to kill him.

Directed by Ang Lee of Brokeback Mountain and Life of Pi fame, Gemini Man also stars Clive Owen, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Benedict Wong, and Linda Emond. Notably, David Benioff of Game of Thrones is credited as a co-writer, while Billy Ray and Darren Lemke also authored the script. The de-aging effect utilized on Smith's clone, Junior, is awfully convincing, but it's not the only aspect of the film that uses cutting-edge technology.

Lee has employed a lot of new techniques for Gemini Man, which was shot at a frame rate of 120 frames-per-second instead of the 24fps standard. He previously employed this look on his 2016 war drama Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk, which was the first film to ever employ such a high frame rate. Before that, the highest frame rate seen in a film was Peter Jackson's The Hobbit series, which was shot at 48fps.

The film hits theaters Oct. 11.
