Understandably, Samuel L. Jackson was not amused about this incorrect detail on these 'Spider-Man: Far From Home' posters.

Samuel L. Jackson has been on the press run for the new Marvel film Spider-Man: Far From Home, and somewhere along the way he spotted something pretty egregious on two separate posters featuring his character Nick Fury. Before the film hits theaters next week, Jackson shared a Reddit screenshot of two posters, and one of them got a huge detail wrong.

In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Jackson has always sported an eyepatch over his left eye following a chance encounter with Goose the Cat (which we saw in Captain Marvel). However, one of the posters in the screenshot he shared shows him with a patch over his right eye instead. Funnily enough, the other poster is correct. Understandably, he was not amused.

"The Actual FUCK IS GOING ON HERE???!!! #headsgonroll #lefteyemuthafukkah," he said in a post on Instagram.

Fortunately for Jackson and the rest of the Spider-Man cast, he doesn't have too much to worry about as it's on track to pull in an impressive $154 million within the first six days of its release. That's nothing to upset about for an early domestic take, but Marvel films almost always have strong legs overseas, too.

Far From Home hits theaters July 2.
