There's plenty happening in the world of Game of Thrones: the dead are marching south, several kings and queens are warring, and the whole crew is staring down the end of the world in Winterfell. Even with all that on the table, Arya Stark could think of only one thing and that's how swole Gendry looks after all those years of rowing.

Arya wanted to see what's up with that Baratheon warhammer and the internet had a lot of feelings (and jokes) about it.

HBO shared that Arya was 18 years old ahead of the episode, leading to speculation that a sex scene was in the offing. Still, fans weren't comfortable with seeing the youngest Stark woman go for it.

By age 18 in Westeros you should have:

- Had a pet.
- Moved out on your own.
- Travelled extensively.
- Had a kill list.
- Pretended to be the opposite sex to evade capture.
- Been blind for a while.
- Ticked at least three people off of your kill list.

Maybe it's Maisie Williams babyface. Maybe it's the fact that we've watched her on the show since she was 14, but there were plenty of people who were wildly uncomfortable with the scene.

Others embraced it:

For what it's worth, even Williams was shocked by Arya's sex scene. She told Entertainment Weekly she thought it was a prank by the showrunners.

"At first, I thought it was a prank," Williams said. "I was like, "Yo, good one." And [the showrunners were] like, "No, we haven’t done that this year." Oh f*ck!"
