A lesson to the ladies of the world: always shoot your shot. Creed and Black Panther star Michael B. Jordan admitted that the occasional "hey" in his DMs has led to a hook-up while stopping by Ellen

Jordan avoided the questions about dating at first. But co-hosts Ellen DeGeneres and Chrissy Teigen persisted, eventually getting the actor to admit that he's gone along with the infrequent slide.

Ellen started the line of questioning by wondering how the exceptionally pretty man managed to remain single.

"You're in all these amazing movies. Really, so much has happened and you're still somehow single. How is that possible?" she asked.

Jordan countered that he'd been working and didn't have the time to date, but Teigen and DeGeneres came to get messy.

"We don't buy it," DeGeneres said. "We all work hard but we have relationships."

That's when Teigen realized they weren't asking the right questions. Killmonger is a millennial, after all. So, the model went right to the heart of the matter.

"Have you ever hooked up via direct messages?" she asked.

"I have," he sheepishly responded. "I'm human. I'm human. Not often, but yes, I have."

Outside of his love life, Jordan has rapidly risen to the Hollywood A-List. Jordan commented on the fact that he's quickly become a known commodity in a feature in GQ, saying that he's become a model for actors on the come-up.

“I remember when it used to be like, ‘He's the next Will Smith,’” Jordan said. “Now I'm the example of the next—they're looking for the next me.”
