Some exciting details on the Wonder Woman sequel are in, and the news is big.

The sequel is being filmed and some photos have been released, revealing one major detail. But before that, there's an official title: Wonder Woman 1984. The first movie, starring Gal Gadot as Diana Prince and Chris Pine as love interest Steve Trevor, took place during the first World War.

One new image shows Gadot standing in front of multiple television screens displaying all sorts of 1980s pop culture.

A photo of Trevor reveals he is somehow back from the dead decades after World War I. Entertainment Weekly noted he's even sporting a black Members Only jacket.

It was previously revealed by director Patty Jenkins that this sequel will take place in the U.S. On Wednesday, it was announced that filming will take place in Alexandria, Virginia and Washington, D.C. as well as the U.K., Spain, and the Canary Islands. Kristen Wiig will take on the role of the villain Cheetah.
