For those of you waiting with baited breath for Khloé Kardashian to pack up her bags and leave Tristan Thompson, you may be waiting for a while. The reportedly “happy” couple was seen celebrating together at a friend’s birthday gathering in one of their first public outings together since the birth of their baby True Thompson and the cheating scandal that engulfed the couple back in April.
According to E! News, Khloé threw a birthday party for their friend Savas at the Marble Room restaurant in Cleveland. Aside from attending a few Cavs games to support Thompson during the NBA Finals (which didn’t help), the couple has rarely been seen out in public together, but appear to be doing just fine.
"Khloé and Tristan were there together, they were sitting next to each other during dinner and there was no animosity between them," a source told E! News. "Everybody looked happy, normal, and like they were having a great time."
This news should comes as no surprise, since Khloé has not only tweeted about everyone staying out of her business, but family members are now coming forward in support of her decision to stay with Thompson.
“Tristan, yeah. He’s great. Yeah, he’s good,” momager Kris Jenner told Us Weeklyrecently. “I think you just have to be there for your kid and follow their lead. I’m not in that relationship or in that situation, so I really trust Khloé. She’s so smart, and such a great girl, and she’ll figure it out.”
Khloé still hasn’t posted a photo of Tristan to her social media accounts since the scandal broke, but she also hasn’t addressed the photos, videos, and rumors head on. Judging by these recent developments, she possibly never will. Though, it’s very unlike a Kardashian to not speak on what's happening in the headlines, whether its Kim opening up about her Paris robbery or Kylie addressing her fake lips. Which makes me think Khloé is saving all of the drama for this summer's season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. We’ll just have to wait and see.
