A handful of American Idol’s most familiar faces joined Jimmy Kimmel on Monday night’s Jimmy Kimmel Live!

Kimmel welcomed former contestants Sanjaya Malakar, Scott MacIntyre, Kevin Covais, Antonella Barba, and William Hung for a parody of “We Are the World.”

Kimmel excitedly introduced the segment. “We have met so many memorable singers and personalities since American Idol premiered back in 2002 and I was wondering where some of our favorite contestants are now. So we tracked a bunch of them down, we booked a recording studio, and for those of you who have been watching for a long, long time, I am very, especially pleased to present American Idol: Where Are They Now?”

During the spoof, titled “Where Are They Now?” each singer caught us up on their career. Notable updates include becoming a notary public “right here in L.A.,” bartending and “making signature cocktails,” and driving for Uber.

Past Idol winners Ruben Studdard and Taylor Hicks—from Season 2 and Season 5, respectively—also joined the recording session to explain what they’ve been up to, though they wondered why they were even there.

The segment ended with a cameo by former Idol judge Randy Jackson, who looked to be listening to the song before it was discovered that his headphones weren’t even plugged in.

The bit followed the season finale of American Idol earlier on Monday, where Kimmel made an appearance with Malakar.
